Refund Policy
Most Capiva point content is free to access. From time to time we may offer paid items (for example: digital downloads, templates, self‑paced courses, or live workshops). This policy explains refunds and cancellations for those paid offerings in line with UK consumer rules.
Digital downloads and online courses
- Cooling‑off period: Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you may have 14 days to cancel a digital purchase if download/streaming has not begun.
- Immediate access: If you choose to access or download immediately, you agree that the 14‑day right to cancel is waived once the download/stream starts.
- Quality issues: If a file is corrupted or access fails due to our system, we will provide a working replacement or a refund.
Live workshops or events
- Full refund if you cancel at least 7 calendar days before the event.
- 50% refund if you cancel 3–6 days before the event.
- No refund within 48 hours of the event start, but you may request a one‑time transfer to a future date if available.
- If we cancel, you can choose a full refund or a transfer to a new date.
How to request a refund
Email info@capivapoint.co.uk with your order reference, purchase email, date, and reason. We aim to respond within 2 business days.
Timeframes and method
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, funds typically appear within 5–10 business days.
Non‑refundable items
- Gift cards or vouchers (if offered).
- Services completed in full before your cancellation request.
- Digital content where you consented to immediate access and the download/stream has started.
Billing errors and duplicates
If you suspect a duplicate charge or billing error, contact us promptly. Verified errors will be corrected with a refund or adjustment.
Chargebacks
Please contact us first so we can resolve issues quickly. Unauthorised chargebacks may delay resolution and access to materials.
