What we collect
- Contact form data: name, email, optional phone, message content.
- Usage data: device, pages viewed, and interactions via optional analytics cookies (see Cookies).
- Technical logs: IP address and user agent captured transiently by our hosting for security and diagnostics.
- Cookie preferences stored locally in your browser: cp_cookie_choice and cp_cookie_prefs.
Why we collect it (legal bases)
- To respond to your messages and enquiries (performance of a contract or steps prior to entering a contract, Art. 6(1)(b)).
- To operate and secure the website (legitimate interests, Art. 6(1)(f)).
- To measure and improve content with analytics only if you consent (consent, Art. 6(1)(a)).

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with trusted processors needed to run our service (hosting, email delivery, analytics if enabled) under appropriate data processing terms and safeguards.
Retention
- Contact enquiries: up to 24 months from last interaction, unless regulatory needs require longer.
- Server security logs: typically 12 months, subject to hosting policy.
- Cookie preferences: up to 12 months or until you clear them.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have rights to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and to object to processing. Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it at any time. Children
Our site is intended for individuals aged 16+. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
